What we collect

• The email address your game code is sent to.
• The name a player enters when joining, the team code, game progress and messages players type in the in-game chat.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. You enter card details with Paddle and we never see them. We only receive the buyer's email and payment confirmation.

Why we use it

To deliver game codes, to run the game for the whole team and to answer support requests. In-game chat messages are sent to an AI service (Google Gemini, via Lovable AI) only so the in-game characters can reply.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help run the game: hosting (Lovable and Cloudflare), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payments (Paddle) and in-game AI replies (Lovable AI and Google). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Purchase data is kept as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. In-game chat messages are deleted once delivered to players.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by emailing door404@escaperoom.co.rs.
