Refund Policy

• You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the game code has not yet been used to enter the game.
• If a technical problem on our side prevents you from playing or finishing the game, we will refund you or send a new code, at your choice, even after the game has started.
• Once your team has entered a working game, the digital content has been delivered and no refund is given.

How to request a refund

Email us at door404@escaperoom.co.rs with the email address used for payment and your game code, or contact Paddle directly using the link in your receipt email. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
