The product

Better World Alliance is a digital online escape game played in a web browser. One purchase gives one team a unique game code. Each player joins from their own device with that code.

Buying the game

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
• The price is shown on the game page and is paid once, per team.
• After payment you receive a unique game code on screen and by email.
• The code is valid until the game is finished. Once the team completes the game, the code expires.
• The game is in English and runs in a modern web browser on a computer or phone with an internet connection.

Acceptable use

The game and all its content (story, puzzles, videos, audio and graphics) are our property. Reselling codes, copying or publicly sharing solutions or game content is not allowed. All organisations, websites and people inside the game are fictional. In-game characters may reply with the help of artificial intelligence; please do not enter personal data into the chat.

Liability

We do our best to keep the game running. If a technical problem on our side prevents you from finishing the game, contact us and we will provide a new code or a refund. See our Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of purchase applies.
